In their 21st iteration of Chardonnay, the crew at Woodlands have an amazing knack for making wines with entirely Wilyabrup Valley fruit that’s 100% spontaneously barrel fermented, so it speaks of the region and presents all its charm. There’s honeysuckle, orchard fruit and some healthy barrel spice, meaning it's a dinner Chardonnay.
