LoFi pop for deliciousness and a slightly creamy edge that washes down joyfully with raspberry and red currants. Grainy tannins and tea-leaf edges give you something to think about and make this perfect with steak au poivre.

Ripe and textural with honeycomb and yellow melon notes, and an oxidative edge. It’s marching to a LoFi beat, but there’s a lot of glide so don’t hesitate if you’re branching out, this is friendly. Suavy B and Pinot Gris drinkers dive in!

Who’d have thought… Sangiovese plus Merlot and Sagrantino can equal a Gamay-like wine. When it’s light and delicate thanks to a favourable growing season and the vines being at altitude. Unique and lovely.

A delicious blend of Fiano that saw four days on skins and whole bunch-pressed Pecorino has resulted in what can only be described as golden hour in a bottle. In the glass, expect floral jasmine and acacia alongside golden orchard fruits, touches of ripe pear and a luscious texture. A perfect match with prosciutto-wrapped melon, spicy Southeast Asian dishes or just a friend at sunset.

Skinsy tannins, pithy chalk and mealy texture. Those are some great indicators of balance and structure. Throw in a stone fruit note and you're in for a good, thought-provoking time. Made with Chardonnay, Gris, Arneis and Riesling.

We’ve seen orange peels, wheels and wedges, but an orange dart is rare – well, not here. It’s hitting triple 20 every time and splattering sweet cherry juice everywhere for even more fun. There’s hardly any tannin here, it’s all delicious guzzle, right down to the refreshing acidity. One Hundred and Eighty!

From the guitarist, Matthew Aulich who was a founding member of Hobart band The Paradise Hotel, comes an annual hit that’s full of red frogs, red cherries and currants. It’s super good with a lazy summer evening pizza, and you can even put it in the fridge to dial up the refreshment.

Pressed whole cluster that spends 72 hours on skins, it’s pithy, appley and citrusy in a way that makes you smile and want to eat. We recommend the park, a couch, or a house party as the ideal settings.

Fluffy and softly red fruited with foamy, but still crunchy, red apples and just a little berry goodness, there’s some nice complexity here. It’s kept on lees to this day, so get ready for a lick of herby perfection. Shines at a house party and is radiant in the park.

Chalmers Col Fondo Sparkling Rosato 2021

This carefully handcrafted wine boasts purity in spades and is overflowing with character and charm. Fruit for this wine came from a unique vineyard overlooking the Goulburn River, sitting on rich alluvial soils in an area that’s home to many retired volcanoes—Dane has told us more than once that the quality of fruit from this spot is incredible! The Syrah is a blend of two separate ferments, which both underwent semi-carbonic maceration with 10 days on skins. In the glass, expect bright and lifted fruit flavours, with intermingling notes of bramble berries, boysenberry, and raspberry coulis. There’s a fresh acidity and energy to the wine that make it perfect for summertime drinking. It’s fantastic as is, but if we were you, we’d chuck this one on ice before drinking.
