We teamed up with our friends at Chalmers to create a wine that celebrates the beautiful texture skin contact can add to Italian white varieties and thus, Parco Giallo was born!
A delicious blend of Fiano that saw four days on skins and whole bunch-pressed Pecorino has resulted in what can only be described as golden hour in a bottle. In the glass, expect floral jasmine and acacia alongside golden orchard fruits, touches of ripe pear and a luscious texture. A perfect match with prosciutto-wrapped melon, spicy Southeast Asian dishes or just a friend at sunset.
