A fantastic entry into the Chardonnay of Eastern Peake made with fruit from five vineyards across Western Victoria. A savoury expression of the variety, with subtle herbaceous notes and an oxidative leaning on the nose that carry onto the chewy phenolic palate with touches of oxidative salinity, and saline laced acidity with mealy almond husk and a faint impression of white stone fruit. Lots to discuss in every glass.
