How do I sign up for Bottle Drop?

What frequency can I get my subscription?
- We offer Monthly, Bi-Monthly & Quarterly subscriptions
- We also off Once Off purchases
When will my subscription payment be made
- For active subscriptions, we process your payment on the 27th of the month.
When will I get my order?
- Your subscription will be dispatched in the first week of the month. We aim to have deliveries finalised by the 5th of the month. If that happens to fall on the public holiday or weekend we will dispatch your subscription the next business day.
- If you selected ASAP, your order will be packed within business hours and dispatched to you, and email with confirmation of dispatch and tracking will be sent so you can monitor the process.
- If you selected Next Month, your order will be delivered in the new month. (For orders placed on the 27th - 1st, you will receive the new upcoming pack)
How can I change my subscription?
- By logging into your profile on the website, you can change your pack type, frequency, delivery details and credit card information.

How many bottles or cans come in a subscription?
- Wine subscriptions vary from 3 - 6 bottles at your choosing.
- Beer subscriptions vary from 6 - 12 cans or bottles at your choosing.
How many subscriptions can I have?
- As many as you like, we don't judge.
- Simply follow the 5 easy steps again to add another subscription to your cart.
Can I purchase a subscription and something else from your website?
- Yes, of course.
- If you have additional items in your cart as well as your subscription, we need to charge for the cost to ship those items separately. But keep in mind if you are ordering over $150, standard shipping is free. (NOTE: Next-Day Delivery is free, unless your order total is less than $30, then a $10 fee applies).
