This carefully handcrafted wine boasts purity in spades and is overflowing with character and charm. Fruit for this wine came from a unique vineyard overlooking the Goulburn River, sitting on rich alluvial soils in an area that’s home to many retired volcanoes—Dane has told us more than once that the quality of fruit from this spot is incredible! The Syrah is a blend of two separate ferments, which both underwent semi-carbonic maceration with 10 days on skins. In the glass, expect bright and lifted fruit flavours, with intermingling notes of bramble berries, boysenberry, and raspberry coulis. There’s a fresh acidity and energy to the wine that make it perfect for summertime drinking. It’s fantastic as is, but if we were you, we’d chuck this one on ice before drinking.

Super guzzlable Cab Franc that's been hand-picked and sealed for 14 days to undergo carbonic maceration before being pressed and transferred to an oval egg to mature. The result is overflowing with lovely red florals, red currants, herbs and hints of the varieties autumnal leaf and cayenne pepper notes on the nose. Plenty of that carries over to the palate, with more red currants and herbs, some dusty tannin and another kick of that cayenne spice. Could be drunk with a chill—but not too cold—if that's ya vibe.

Grown on a one hectare lot of 35–60-year-old vines on pink granite, embellishes bold and upfront aromas of violet, ripe cherry and some floral notes. This gamay is also silky and pure on the palate, with a little darker fruited, bramble berries, and quite luscious, sage herbs. So Good. So Pretty. So Yum!
