Neighbours to the famous Ganevat estate, the wines of Domaine Buronfosse are the electric essence of the Jura. The Varron Savagnin comes from a more recent planting of Savagnin on soils consisting of limestone and clay. Only four barrels were made. Ripe, tangy tropical fruits, saline and powerful minerals, and an electric line of acidity which supercharges the palate. This is textbook Jura Savagnin!
