Well you’re in luck, because Jean-Yves Péron is here!⁠ ⁠ After years studying winemaking and working with iconic winemakers like Thierry Allemand in Cornas and Bruno Schuller in Alsace, Savoie-born and raise Péron came back home in 2004 and has been making prolific cuvées ever since.⁠ ⁠ Due to the mountainous terrain, all of his vineyards are managed very manually, following organic and biodynamic viticultural practices (though he’s chosen to opt out of official certification).
