From the prince of Pét-Nat, Tim Ward, comes this joyous rosé style just in time for summer!
Made from Syrah sourced from Six J's vineyard, with some Greco juice added, continuing the fermentation in the bottle. A finer rendition of the style that spent 21 months on lees, expect loads of manadaring, with more light notes of citrus and a touch of peach. We'll be drinking this one all summer long.
