From one of Yann’s younger vineyards (15 y.o), which sits 500m above sea level on the edge of the Régnié appellation.
This is all silky red fruit, with raspberry and cranberry, but offers more herbaceousness than the other cuvees thanks to its cooler northern site and 20 days of carbonic maceration.
