A Grisette is a farmhouse ale, a bit similar to a Saison, but with a lower ABV. Up front, there are aromas of gooseberries and dough grains, along with a restrained Brett character. Flavours of bright lemon and freshly baked sourdough, with a little perceived sweetness although this finishes bone dry. (375ml) 3.6% ABV

Hailing from Sicily's limestone-heavy soils, this Rosso blend is bright in colour and character. There's a lovely tension and freshness to the fruit, with raspberry, crunchy cherry, and a little red candy tempered by fresh cut herbs and a smattering of sandy tannin. So. Good.

Made with King Valley Merlot, the latest iteration of Happy Sack pours a delightful Provence pink but with a little extra electric glow to it. It’s bright on the nose with orange essence, potpourri, and lime, then textural on the palate with watermelon, lime leaf and a dose of freshening acidity. Pair with Doritos, Carbonara and sunshine!
