Sylvaner is a grape that’s mostly grown in Germany and Alsace and offers a great side-step for Riesling lovers out there, looking for a little more of a soft embrace. S&B’s rendition is crispy and dry with some gentle herbs, delicate floral blossoms and a salty edge. It’s one of those wines that makes you question what you drank before you started buying it.
