Light and delicate. There’s a lot of subtlety and nuance here and everything runs pure thanks to most fruits being destemmed and only a week on skins. It’s chilled red with an undertone of earthiness that’s alive with strawberry and pomegranate.

Plays well out of the fridge thanks to all the juicy notes.

A delicious blend of Pinot Gris, Graciano and Sangiovese. Candy apple, red currant and raspberry come together with a lovely and leafy spiced edge and a smidge of tannin on the backend that can stand up to a meal.
