Made for us by the wonderful Erinn Klein of Ngeringa, this years iteration sees a mix of Pinot rosé (50%), Shiraz rosé (39%), Pink Semillon (7%), and and Viognier (4%) from a selection of excellent vineyards around the Adelaide Hills. Carefully farmed, beautifully made, and an absolute bargain; this is fizzy, fun, and an absolute delight to drink!

Incredibly more-ish tropical fruit punch character alongside a cider-like quality. Beautifully made and very yum!

Straight up this reminded us of the wines of Herve Souhaut, A taught red with notes of small red & blackberries, and floral aromatics. Plenty of pepper, caperberry salinity and spice on the palate with plenty of tensile acidity and invigorating tannins. Let it breathe

Elodie Jaume À en Perdre le Soufre Côtes du Rhône 2019

Nieluccio is the Corsican grape related to Sangiovese. Here we find it in the Languedoc making a no sulphur organic wine that is perfumed. with lavender and red and black cherries. A stony mineral palate display plum and savoury cherry notes. Reminiscent of a lighter rhone valley wine.
