Festive Summer days are some of the best for large format beer drinking (we mean, so are most days, but especially these ones!), so we decided to collaborate with our pal Nic Sandery at Molly Rose to create a beautiful brew to pop on the table for all those looming long lunches!

‘Local Horizons’ is an Australian botanical-spiced farmhouse ale, using toasted wattleseed, pepperberries, crystal malt and a blend of brett and saison yeast. The end result is a toasty, spicy farmhouse ale with a festive touch - refreshing enough to be consumed in the depths of the Aussie Summer (and beyond!).

We’ll be launching this delicious brew this Friday the 6th of December at our Fitzroy North store (5.30-7.30pm), and it will also be available at Molly Rose Brewing’s own tap room in the very near future.
