Look, we here at Blackhearts are obviously huge advocates for all things flavoursome and fermented: wine, beer, spirits, cider, and all iterations and combinations of that bunch. At the root of it all, however, we’re simply supporters of tasty things - alcohol or no alcohol. We’ve long had a selection of non-alcoholic beers (alongside tasty soft drinks, chips, cheese, and other snacks, of course), but we’re always on the lookout for new and exciting options.

With this mission in mind, it’s with great pleasure that we’re now stocking a couple of tasty drops from NON. Brainchild of William Wade (chef and former owner of ‘Long Time No Sea’, as well time at Noma Australia’s non-alcoholic drinks pairing station), NON’s mission is to expand the range of quality non-alcoholic offerings, with their ‘provocative interpretation of flavours without comparison or compromise’.

So far, they’ve released four beverages, lovingly crafted from high-quality ingredients, each with a distinct character. These are all incredibly versatile drinks - great on their own, over ice, as a spritz with citrus, or whichever way you find tastes the best to you!
