Who is Fleet Wines?
Fleet take an open approach to winemaking drawing on their 30 years of restauranting experience to create lo-fi wines with distinct flavour and vibrancy.
They build their wines around a core of flavour and texture with the ultimate goal of enjoyment. In 2016, the couple returned to South Gippsland where Justin grew up. Sourcing fruit from further afield, they treat each parcel as its own project, working to express its vintage, character and terroir.
