Get a load of this! This intriguing wine is made from a plot of Kyoho table grapes which were planted at Bella Ridge's Swan Valley vineyard in the 1980s. The grape is highly prized in Japan due to its intensely exotic flavours, high sugar content, and thick skin which allows for the pulp to be easily squeezed out. The Kyoho white is made from six different vintages, and although made from red-skinned Kyoho grapes, it presents as a white wine due to the absence of skin maceration in the winemaking process. It's textural and floral, with ripe tropical fruit flavours giving way to savoury undertones and saline acidity.
