Dilworth & Allain Coup have been making small batches of this wine since 2017
This Moonambel Sauvignon Blanc is one of the first wines that produced. A lovely blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) that were picked and fermented separately before being left to mature in French oak and tank. The palate is softly textured, with grapefruit pith, a little saline edge and a lovely mineral freshness. A cool wine that deserved a swirl and some time for a little air to open it up.
