A fantastic orange wine overflowing with layers of spice, racy acidity and skinsy complexity that shows a wilder side to Pinot Gris. Fig, mandarin and dried herb aromas lead to a savoury palate that's light on its feet with notes of nashi pear and blood orange. After a slow ripening season, a mix of destemmed fruit (left of skins for up to nine days) and whole bunches were sent old barriques for a further 10 months on lees before blending and bottling without fining or filtering.
