Who is A.R.C?
Run by the Audas family, A Random Collection (A.R.C) turned idle dreams while working in hospo, into a vibrant permaculture farm in West Gippsland Victoria. Founded in 2017, A.R.C continue to experiment and hone thier craft using fruit sourced from nearby Mornington Peninsula vineyards. They're passionate about ethical farming practices and in 2020, began leasing a parcel of established biodynamic vines outside Warragul near the Strzelecki Ranges. A hands-off approach lets the fruit tell its story.
All wines are wild ferment, unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
