With a focus on Loire Valley varieties, this Santa Barbara county-based winery harnesses their local microclimate to craft beautiful wines. Using Melon de Bourgogne from vineyards planted in 1973, this saw time in both neutral oak and stainless steel. Lovely floral aromatics lead into a mineral-driven palate with a crisp acidity.
