An exceptional example of Aligoté from one of Burgundy's most exciting young producers. Estate-grown in both Chassagne and parcels scattered across the Côte Chalonnaise, Aligoté—as with all their whites—was pressed as whole bunches and fermented with wild yeasts, before resting on lees in a mix of old oak and stainless tanks.
Fresh with some mid-palate richness and texture thanks to the old oak, this is endlessly delicious and great value Aligoté.
