A Cold IPA that's been dry hopped to perfection both during and post-fermentation, using a stellar lineup of Spectrum Eclipse, Spectrum Citra, Spectrum Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and Galaxy hops. The result is big hop flavour, grapefruit pith and a long, clean and dry finish. Dry hopping at the beginning of fermentation makes use of the impact yeasts have on the hops, in a process called biotransformation, to bring out the most desirable bold aromas and flavours.
