Born in 2017, this project has been a long time coming and definitely worth the wait.
Made in collaboration with wine writer, Mike Bennie, this Lambic-style beer was aged in a single barrel for over four years. The resulting beer is vinous in texture with a real silky feel to it, with prominent citrus notes intermingling with some dusty spice, a little funk and plenty of oak character bringing a woody depth.
