2021 was an ideal season at Eastern Peake. Intrinsic was fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts, then basket-pressed into and an array of vessels, of which no two were the same shape and size. The result is a Pinot with a lighter core of red fruits, a smidge of bay leaf and some sandy tannin. Well worth a healthy stint in your cellar.
