This uses fruit from 11 sites across the Curly Flat estate, carefully chosen to represent each site's distinct character.
This year's iteration shows a little more sun-derived richness, with sturdy tannins that will continue to unfold; providing a solid backbone to build fruit over the years or in the glass. A small percentage was fermented as whole bunches and has lent some wonderfully heady aromatics to the nose and some lovely autumnal leafiness on the palate—breathe deep and enjoy.
