This began it's life back in December 2021, it's almost three!
The Mayday Hills crew sent their oak barrels to be filled with whole cherries fresh from Beechworth, before filling them back at the brewery with a golden base beer to undergo a second, 12-month-long fermentation. A Lambic-style Cherry Sour that shows its history with a bright, cherry red colour and plenty of tart cherry notes.
