Produced using premium Macedon Ranges fruit this almost pours itself.
Made ‘accidentally' for Dhillon’s children to enjoy, rather than having them drink all the Block 5 and Original Vineyard. It carries a Pinot-like weight that’s fruity and has a little juiciness and earthy grip, but drinks silky and lithe of course. Pour it out and watch it disappear and people turn a little sad when they realise it’s all gone.
