A field blend with 12 different varieties including; Nebbiolo, Barbera, Grignolino that ooze a lovely spring palate of crunchy red fruit, raspberry and some herby alpine freshness.
The tannins wash over the palate with a dusty grip but they’re well placed. Great with those rich Milanese delights - ossobuco, polenta and gorgonzola, add a couple of mates and a second bottle for one hell of an evening!
