Their 2022 collab with Victorian winemaker, Mac Forbes has arrived and it's a good one. A beery/vinous lovechild, this uses Gewürztraminer grapes and a barrel-aged sour and the result is lush with a vinous texture and soft acid, while oak and grape notes play on the nose.
