From one of our favourite Crémant producers. A classic Alsace blend that’s textural, but lean with white melon, orange pekoe spice, phenolics and chalk.
It’s super refreshing and complex in a subtle way. A great wine to share with a friend who’s into wine. 60% Auxerrois – a sibling of Chardonnay that usually has a more musky feel to it and grows in Alsace.
