Tight, chiselled and lifted in style. It’s O.H.’s wine so it’s got plenty of character. For example, it went through full malo, but there’s hardly any evidence of it, just plenty of lemon lip balm and some verbena. If you leave it around thirsty folks, there won’t be a lot left when you come back to it.
