Cahors is a little north of Toulouse and its vineyards are located on a high plateau that sits on some prized Kimmeridgian bedrock. This blend underwent ten days of maceration before time in concrete and tank to enhance the aromas of sweet fruit. Every glass is deliciously bright and cool-fruited, effortless but contemplative.
