We're falling for Charles Oliver. Since meeting him a couple of years ago and deep diving into his wine repertoire, we've found brilliance. This Rosato uses Shays Flat and Landsborough fruit, and has plenty of salty tannins washing through all the candied red fruits, white pepper and layered herbs. Hi Charles.

Rosende is a single vineyard that’s all granite and flecked sand underground. This produces a lot of texture on the palate but overall, the wine is elegant and clean with handfuls of pomegranate in every glass. We’d recommend decanting this one for 30+ minutes.

We sent some of our retail staff to Latta and they came back going on and on about this Grenache which was still in barrel at that point, but wow. It’s all grown up now, and into a thought-provoking, delicious wine that’s full of strawberries, sweet spice and candied fruit.
