A new whisky from White Oak, this is a 'no age statement' whisky, released in late 2012 and is a blend of 4, 5 and 7 year old malts from 3 different casks. A lovely delicate bouquet, typical of refined Japanese Whiskies, this single malt shows honey, toffee, white stone fruits and dried pears. The palate sees lovely savoury spices, free baked pastry, raisins, honey, macadamia nuts and pears.
