A delicious, Australian-made vermouth - the result of a collaboration between Gilles Lapalus and Shaun Byrne. Coming from a base of Victorian-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, they’ve used grapefruit zest, mace, angelica root, strawberry gum, wattleseed and river mint. Apparently it was designed with a Negroni in mind, so what are you waiting for? Get your gin and campari and get a-stirring! (375ml) 16% ABV
