This tasty release uses 100 tonnes of whole, de-stemmed Shiraz grapes - which were steeped in Four Pillars iconic rare dry gin for eight weeks. Full of juniper, pepperberry, coriander, cardamom, cassia, lemon myrtle, orange, angelica, star anise, and lavender - the 2020 release is a delicious drop.
