Coming from Delgado Zuleta in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, 'La Goya' has well and truly earned its place as a flagship of the style. Having been aged for eight years, this has incredible complexity, with saline undertows, those albariza lime soil influences, finger lime character, and a gentle phenolic grip.
