Your favourite expression of Michter’s whiskey, Cinzano 1757 sweet vermouth, Marionette curacao, dashes of bitters and pastis. Garnished with a Black Pearl cherry. Store in the fridge then move to the freezer 30 minutes before cocktail hour with a couple of glasses. When the time is right, roll bottle and pour carefully into your chilled vessel of choice. Garnish with a cherry. After the Old Fashion the Manhattan is the most well known of all the whiskey cocktails - and for good reason. We enjoy ours with a spoon of curacao and a dash of pastis. Enough spice to warm you up on the coldest of Melbourne nights!
