Riesling might not be the first variety that immediately comes to mind in the Yarra Valley, but Seville Estate have done wonderful things here.
It's rather textured and rounded on the palate, along with varietal citrus zest and jasmine florals. A hint of chalky phenolics provides lovely length, as well as some bright acidity to finish. Lovely wine!
