Piedmont's lesser-known white variety, Timorasso, is currently experiencing a much-deserved revival after it fell into obscurity around the mid-20th century.
This is an excellent example of how good this variety can be, and will strike an emotional chord with lovers of Chablis. Raised in 100% stainless steel and seeing no oak, it's a crisp and pure white with preserved lemon, green apple, jasmine florals, and savoury spice notes supported by saline acidity.
