The latest instalment of our Parco wine series has landed, and it could be our best yet!
Our Gris on Skins is an ongoing collaboration with Yarra Valley's Punt Road; a project where Tim Shand and our very own Adam Cotterell and Adam Fischer come together to blend something beautiful (or at least that's what we're hoping for!)
This year, we’ve dialled up the skin contact tannin, giving the wine a structural edge, but still maintaining an ease of texture and drinkability! Floral on the nose, with ripe orange amaro notes. The palate is silky with zesty herbs and grapefruit leaf; a lovely textural wine with savoury complexity.
Pinot Gris from the Yarra is farmed and fermented by Punt Road Wines. Then come Tim and the Adams to skillfully blend separate batches of varying skin contact, whole cluster ferments. Special comments and spiritual advice by Sam Hooper of CellarHand. Best paired with a picnic—or at least that's what we did.

Our Parco range, came about to further strengthen the close relationships we already have with our local winemaking community. These allow us the opportunity to collaborate with some of our favourite winemakers, and also gives them the flexibility to try something that might be outside of their usual varieties or style. Each wine is highly considered, exceptionally made, and very good value.
