A blend of barrel-aged Golden Ale with 317kg of whole bunch Semillon from Tyrell's Estate in Pokolbin. After undergoing seven months of maceration, it was bottled and matured in bottle for several months before release.
The resulting beer is beautifully bright with signature spicy aromas of Semillon, with layers of crisp green apple at the fore that's met with moreish acidity. A perfect bottle to share this summer!
