Emily Kinsman fell in love with the Heathcote region and established Eck Wines in 2019. Their wines are inspired by place, best shared people you love and have an intrinsic playfulness.

Each minimal intervention lo-fi wine Emily makes embodies one of these three pillars. A blend of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc lending itself to more savoury style, a touch of grassy herbs and some tropical fruits. A good partner to spicy food.

Who is ECK Wines?

Emily Kinsman fell in love with the Heathcote region and established Eck Wines in 2019. Her wines are inspired by place, best shared with people you love and have an intrinsic playfulness. Each minimal intervention lo-fi wine Emily makes embodies place, people and/or play.

Emily lets the timing of harvest guide her wines, letting the ripeness, sweetness and acidity lead the way of the wine. Most of her wines are naturally fermented and she uses stainless, oak barriques and puncheons, and amphora. Some are barrel aged while others jump straight into the bottle followed by natural cork. Emily collaborates with artists to create unique labels – each label is as different as the vintages – place, people, and play.
