Incredibly characterful vermouth from Lanzarote, the northernmost island of the Canary Islands. It was made from a base wine of Malvasía Volcánica and Diego, which was grown in craters dug into volcanic ash on the foothills of a system of volcanos - some of which are active. It's drenched in saline, volcanic minerals, along with a herbal, medicinal imprint from the infusion of wild herbs found locally around Lanzarote. (500ml) 15% ABV
