Chris Dilworth and Loique Allain create delightful wines, hailing from the Macedon Ranges.
They attribute their winemaking style to their travels across Australia and Europe—in fact, the pair tasted their first Pét-Nat in Burgundy. If only we were all so lucky!
They've been making small batches of this wine since 2017, and in recent years have made enough to share with us all. It's a fun wine to drink with a refreshing hit of nectarine and orange citrus, a savoury palate, and a little bit of zing.
