Plonk this on the table and make sure you sit nice and close, this won't last long!

In 2020, Tim and Mon at Manon met a flock of displaced roos, who, as it turns out, had quite the taste for grapes (who can blame them!) and so, Table Red #3 was born out of the remaining fruits. Here for a good time, not a long time, this delightful wine combines the bright cherry of the Forest Red with the sweet tones of Rosato and the moreish savoury texture from the Pinot Gris that was to be Blush.

Who is Manon Farm?

Manon sits 600m up on the Forest Range ridge in the Adelaide Hills near the Basket Range. A prevailing, cooling ocean breeze combined with the altitude creates perfect growing conditions for their organic methods and mineral-driven wines. They first started planting in 1993 and now have 14 different varieties across 15 acres under vine. Their wine is responsive to the seasons and harvest. They exclusively use their own fruit to ensure quality and biodynamics. Their approach is to work with nature and the cosmos, to listen to what it whispers and capture that in their wine.
