For this festive-themed dram, Lark aged their flagship single malt whisky in a Frogmore Creek red wine barrel that had previously been used by local pâtissier, Jean Pascal, to mature a fruit jus for making mince pies. It's as decadent as it sounds, with notes of vanilla custard, baked apples, gingerbread spice and toffee. It has a rich and concentrated mouthfeel, with a long and warming finish.
