Following her studies in Beaune, Catherine Riss purchased 1.3 hectares in 2012 and began her Domaine. All farming is performed to organic practices and her original hectares were certified in 2015.
Equal parts Pinot Auxerrois and Sylvaner come together in this gloriously aromatic wine that lingers on long and fresh on the palate. Pressed slowly as whole bunches, before being racked into old barrels. A perfect wine to drink with the last days of summer.
