Andi Ross has spent 20 glorious years enjoying the island's summers and right in her very own kitchen was where she began experimenting with G&T's using ingredients she'd foraged from the island and earnt the name, Madame Distiller. Hand-crafted in a coffer grid, the Gin is flavoured with Great Barrier Island manuka and bush honey. In the glass, it's juniper-forward and spice laden, with honeyed aromas that lend complexity, not sweetness, to the palate and bright citrus notes coming through.

Add your favourite tonic or soda and garnish it with a fresh sprig of rosemary for your ultimate drinking pleasure.
